Since the cottages were built the facilities have been constantly improved and extended. The community pavilion and the bowling green
provide a platform for social integration. In 2010 and 2011 a programme has been run to replace the doors and windows in all the cottages
in addition to renewing the boilers in each of the cottages due to the boilers approaching the end of their useful lives.
The warden, Darren, and his partner, Heather, live in one of the cottages to secure the safety and comfort of their fellow cottagers.
